Meet Ben Janike

I was born and raised in Waseca. I graduated from Waseca in 2002, and my time here consisted of Wrestling, Football, and Track & Field. I moved to Mankato in 2002 to pursue a degree in Exercise Science from Mankato State University, where I also wrestled for 5 years. Upon graduating, I married my wife Elizabeth in 2009 and started my fitness career here in Waseca as the General Manager of Snap Fitness. 

In the summer of 2011, I took my skills back to Mankato to open Kato CrossFit where I resided for 10 years. In 2021, my wife and 4 boys moved back to Waseca to a small hobby farm. 

Now I'm personal training at Snap Fitness, started an online lifestyle coaching business in 2023 focusing on weight loss, and helping patients at Precision Chiropractic as a Rehab Specialist and athletes with our Precision Athletics program.
